Caution Deposit is fully refundable to the occupant whenever they leave the township alternately the nominee will be paid the same when the resident ceases to be after deducting any outstanding dues if any.

Caution money will not bear any interest and is fully payable at the time of joining. |

|
Monthly charges includes: Vegetarian food, R.O. Drinking water, Housekeeping, Security, Bed Linen Laundry, Use of all common facility like Temple, Recreation Room, Library, Jogging Track, Badminton Court, Car Parking, Internet Surfing (fixes hours) etc. Use of fully automatic washing machine on first cum first serve basis. |

Routine
medical examination free of cost once a month for all residents but exclude medical treatment, medicines, physiotherapy and other consultant charges. |

|
Following facilities are available on payment basis: Car wash, Driver arrangement, Ayurvedic massage & treatment, Medical consultation and treatment, Local, STD/ISD telephone calls, Electricity usage as per independent meter in each unit, Tailoring and hair cutting facilities, Laundry services, Special Food (only vegetarian), Secretarial services, Cable connection for TV, Booking of air/rail tickets and taxi services, Pilgrimage / Local tours for residents |

On the applicant joining the residency the company will enter into a memorandum of understanding with the resident for refund of Caution Deposit to the nominee and the same will be refunded to the nominee who alone will have the legal claim over the caution deposit.

People with clean habits from respectable families who can match the high ideals and standards of the company to live in peace and maintain harmonious relationship with their fellow residents are permitted residence. The residents will have to accept the rules and regulations of the residency and have the financial strength to bear the prescribed expenses are whole heartedly welcome. |

All accommodation will have an attached toilet (except medical block) along with anti skid flooring and will be provided with one TV, Fridge, Cooler, Telephone, Puja alcove, Almirah, Bed, Writing Table and chair, 2 soft fabric sofa. Basic amenities like fans and lights, curtains for all windows will be included. |

Lotus Cottages will be furnished as per the requirement of the occupant with additional facility like Air Conditioner etc. Room service will be provided FOC. Will also include an exclusive mini garden in front. |
