Location

The Residency is located near village Mugaliakot (Sukhi Sevania) which is 14 km from Bhopal(main) Railway station and 18 km from the Airport, 2 km off the western side on the Bhopal-Vidisha Highway. A super speciality hospital is located 12 km from site.

Ready for occupation by March 2009. Alternate accommodation for citizens joining immediately.

Climate Condition

The climate is moderate in Bhopal. The summers are hot (Max: 37 – 41 degrees Celsius) and the winters cold (Min: 7 – 12 degrees Celsius) but it does not face extreme weather conditions. It rains moderately during the rainy season (June to September). The weather is pleasant through out the year.
